Frost heave protection

The frost heave protection system can prevent the formation of ice bodies below the ground of low-temperature storage tanks. Ice formation can cause many problems, such as unnecessary or uncontrolled tank movement or elevation. The frost heave protection system we provide can prevent frost heave by applying insulation around low-temperature storage tanks and by applying electric heating wires to the concrete layer below the storage tanks. Our solution is applicable to all types of large-diameter storage tanks, including aboveground storage tanks, underground storage tanks, aboveground storage tanks with filling from the ground to the top, and storage tanks with bearing insulation (usually foam glass) supporting tanks.
