Description:
The SANTO thermal control DATC-D electronic controller series products provide accurate temperature control and centralized monitoring for a single heat tracing circuit. The compact cabinet mounted DATC-D is equipped with two displays that display process values and set points, respectively. During the setup process, the above displays provide users with guidance and visual assistance to simplify debugging. In addition, the optional and user-friendly SANTO thermal control DATC-D software can be used for computer-aided configuration. The SANTO thermal control DATC-D controller is configured as ON/OFF control at the factory and is suitable for heat tracing applications. Other control algorithms can be configured by the user. We offer different hardware configurations: devices equipped with relay outputs for controlling mechanical contactors or solid-state relays; Equipped with an analog output DATC-D device, used to drive other types of actuators, such as thyristors. Always monitor the operation of temperature input sensors and promptly detect faults. If the sensor is disconnected or short circuited, an alarm message will be displayed. If the sensor malfunctions, the control output switches to the user-defined state (on or off). Specific features: After initial power on, activate the delay controller (which can be used to avoid peak demand during startup). With a built-in service counter to calculate the number of relay operations and ultimately issue an alarm.
